All students willing to seek admission must note

“Ragging
is strictly prohibited in the college. Anyone
found guilty of ragging or abetting ragging is liable to be punished.”
Punishable Ingredients Of Ragging
Abetment to ragging.
Criminal conspiracy to rag.
Unlawful assembly and rioting while ragging.
Public nuisance created during ragging.
Violation of decency and morals through ragging.
Injury to the body, causing hurt or grievous hurt.
Wrongful restraint.
Wrongful confinement.
Use of criminal force.
Assault as well as sexual offences or unnatural offences.
Extortion.
Criminal trespass.
Offences against property.
Criminal intimidation.
Attempt to commit any or all of the abuse mentioned against the victim(s).
Physical or psychological humiliation.
All other offences follow from the definition of “Raggings”.
General Rules of Discipline
A) Significant instructions to students
Uniform (Dress Code) is compulsory for all students on all days. No student is allowed in
classrooms, Library, Computer Lab, etc. without the uniform. The defined dress code is
White Shirt, Blue Jeans Pants & Black Shoes.
Students will be required to carry their Identity cards at all times, both on and off the
campus.
Students should have a sufficient number of duly attested true copies of the original
documents before they are submitted to the college.
Necessary documents like eligibility certificates and migration certificates must be
submitted within the given time.
All admissions are provisional. After verification, the Principal reserves the right of
final admission and can cancel any admission at any time.
Students must preserve all college receipts, without which any fee will not be refunded.
B) Attendance
75% attendance for theory classes and practicals is compulsory.
Continuous absence from classes will be liable for punishment.
Attendance for college tests, tutorials, and terminal examinations is compulsory.
The performance of students throughout the year will be monitored and, if necessary,
reported to parents.
Use of unfair means in college as well as in university examinations is strictly prohibited.
C) Clean and beautiful campus.
Students are advised to keep the campus clean and Beautiful.
Writing on furniture, walls, and toilet blocks is strictly prohibited.
Pasting handbills or posters anywhere in the college is not allowed. Distribution of such
material among students is also not permitted.
College property such as furniture, library books, and laboratory equipment must be used
carefully without causing any damage.
Vehicles must be parked in designated parking areas. Driving on the playground or other
restricted areas is strictly prohibited.
D) Discipline and Good Conduct
Rude and arrogant behavior with any college employee will attract disciplinary action.
Teasing, abusing, threatening, or causing physical or mental injury to others will invite
legal action as per Government anti-ragging laws.
Use of mobile phones in classrooms, corridors, offices, reading halls, and examination halls
is strictly prohibited. During all college functions, mobile phones must be switched off.
Violation of these instructions will lead to confiscation of the handsets.
E) Request for Parents
Be alert about the regularity, attendance, and performance of your ward in the college, and
stay in touch with the college authorities.
Attend the “Parents-Teacher Meeting” on the date of invitation and provide your valuable
suggestions.
